How long does order processing/shipping take?
Orders are processed before they are shipped. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Will I receive tracking information?

Can I exchange or return hair?
For hygiene reasons, hair that has been opened, worn, installed, washed, cut, coloured, altered, or otherwise used cannot be returned or exchanged. Eligible hair must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. Please see our Refunds & Exchanges Policy for complete details.
